Anti-Social Behaviour Follow up

Dear Resident

I am the Service Delivery Inspector for St Albans and Hertsmere District and part of my responsibilities is looking at Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and ensuring that we start to drive these ASB issues down by using the powers available to the police and our partners, including the local Hertsmere Borough Council.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time in completing the quarterly survey that we sent out on the system, asking for your feedback.

The local priorities were agreed at the beginning of September 2025 and are as below:

With that said we are always looking forward and so your feedback will help our analysis and assessment on these priorities and if we need to amend them when we look at them again in January 2026. Please could I ask for a few more details around why you have selected ASB as an issue? Where is it happening? What is happening? Why is it happening?

I can then look at the issues raised and start to form action plans with colleagues, linking in directly with the Local Neighbourhood Team to work on these concerns.
